Welcome to Hi Excursions. By booking a tour, excursion, or service with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.

2. Bookings & Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to availability.

• A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of payment or a deposit, depending on the selected service.

• You will receive a confirmation by email or WhatsApp with tour details, pickup time, and meeting point.

3. Prices & Payments

• All prices are quoted per person unless stated otherwise.

• Prices may vary depending on season, group size, or special requests.

• Payments can be made in cash, bank transfer, or other agreed methods at the time of booking.

• Any additional services not mentioned in the tour description are not included.

4. Cancellations & Refund Policy

• Free cancellation up to 24–48 hours before the tour start time (depending on the tour).

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure may be non-refundable.

• No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late arrivals.

• In case of extreme weather or force majeure, Hi Excursions reserves the right to reschedule or refund the tour.

5. Tour Changes & Availability

• Hi Excursions reserves the right to modify itineraries, schedules, or vehicles due to weather conditions, safety reasons, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Any changes will be made with the client’s best interest in mind and without affecting the overall quality of the experience.

6. Pick-Up & Meeting Points

• Pick-up is available from most hotels and riads in Marrakech.

• For accommodations in the medina, a nearby meeting point may be arranged.

• Clients must be ready at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time.

7. Client Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate personal information at the time of booking.

• Participants must follow the guide’s instructions at all times for safety reasons.

• Hi Excursions is not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged during the tour.

8. Health & Safety

• Some tours involve physical activities (walking, camel riding, quad biking, etc.).

• Clients should inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements before booking.

• Participation is at your own risk; appropriate travel insurance is strongly recommended.

9. Liability

• Hi Excursions acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (transport, guides, accommodations).

• We are not liable for injuries, delays, losses, or damages caused by factors beyond our control, including weather, road conditions, or third-party providers.

10. Photography & Marketing

• Photos or videos taken during tours may be used for promotional purposes unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.

11. Privacy Policy

• Your personal information is used solely for booking and communication purposes.

• We do not share or sell customer data to third parties without consent.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.
