Meeting and pickup Point

Your adventure begins at the designated Hi Excursions buggy base in the Palmeraie of Marrakech — a short drive from the Medina and city center. Exact meeting details (GPS location and directions) will be sent with your booking confirmation.

Optional Hotel Pickup: For more comfort, we can arrange pickup and drop-off service from your Marrakech riad or hotel. Delivery usually takes 15–30 min depending on location.

 
 

Itinerary

Early Morning Pickup

Your adventure begins before sunrise. We’ll pick you up from your Marrakech riad or hotel around 05:00–06:00 AM, depending on the season and location.

Scenic Transfer to Launch Site

Sit back in comfort as we drive you to the launch field near the desert lands beyond Marrakech. You’ll arrive in time to witness the balloon crew preparing the aircraft

Pre-Flight Briefing & Take-Off

Meet your professional pilot and receive a safety briefing. Then, watch as your hot air balloon fills with vibrant colors and lifts gently into the sky.

Hot Air Balloon Flight

Enjoy approximately 45–60 minutes airborne, floating serenely over our stunning landscapes as the sun rises — perfect for photos and unforgettable memories.

Landing & Celebration

Touch down smoothly in the desert. Celebrate with a traditional Moroccan breakfast and mint tea with new friends.

Return to Marrakech

After breakfast, we’ll transfer you back to your accommodation in Marrakech, concluding your morning of adventure.

The deposit is non-refundable. However, in the event of an emergency requiring you to cancel the trip, you can postpone it and use the deposit for any future trip you plan in Morocco or any other country we operate in, under the same conditions.

Can I book the tour online?

Yes, you can. Simply browse the tour you are interested in on your desktop and click the “Check Availability” button. From there, you can select your starting date, and specify the number of participants (adults, children, and infants). You will see the total price for your trip and have the option to either pay the deposit directly or choose the “Book Now, Pay Later” option. If you choose the latter, we will get back to you within 24 hours to proceed with your booking or answer any questions you may have.
